Installation of Sun Studio 10 on Sun Solaris Machine

1. First uninstall the existing version by typing:

 - cd /var/sadm/prod/com.sun.studio_10
 - Run the batch uninstaller.

2. Next, put the Tar file in the directory in which you wish to install. Untar it. Keep the tar file in the same directory as the installer file.
3. Run the installer and follow instructions.
